  They're (The Goverments) losing money on snail mail cause we're using emails more often so they want to make up for it by charging us 5 cents an email!!!

  and this is on top of the internet  fees we are allreay paying for....

  What a big pile of cr at p - then in the not to distant future it'll rise to 10 cents etc etc 

  Maybe audio engineers & studio owners should charge all home studio owners a fee for not using their business!!!!

  and the pharmecuetical companies could charge all those - that let their immune systems fight of dis-ease natuarally  - a fee for not using their drugs!!!
