I kinda like ICU's Punkadelic album version of "Watching the Grass Grow" for
it's bombasticity. Hawkwind did at least one rendition that I know of that
appears on Hawkwind's 1984 Stonehenge VHS (Roy Harper and the Enid are on that
one as well).
