OFF : Where's the cheapest blank audio discs?

I am new to the world of CDRs. Are Mitsui Silvers the preferred brand.
Is there a audible difference between those and using Memorex or TDK?

   I use Kodak here. I have some Fuji 80 Minute here I picked up in a pinch.
I've never checked to see if there was any difference. I've had people tell
me they use no-names with no problems, but I refuse to use them. The Kodaks
had that Infoguard - don't know if that makes any difference or not.
