US Long boxes

Anybody know which US |long boxes exist for various HW CDs?
I've got a couple .... Hawkwind & Doremi ... just curious about others.
Do they still make long boxes in general (HW or otherwise)?
Never saw the point in them myself, although Bush would no doubt relish the
prospect of another opportunity to waste natural resources!
