Dunno about Pat Travers, but the Animals & Yardbirds, yes.  It was also the
name of the club in San Francisco he lent his name to ("the Boom Boom
Room").  But I forgot about one of the J.L. Hooker songs most relavent to
the list (if not actually "on-topic") - "Groundhog", including the cover by
the band who named themselves after it ...
