Its very difficult to say what it is.
The tape is not very clear. And I am not a specialist in English language.

But in my oppinion it is a mixture of the well known Moorcock poems
(WARRIORS, WARRIOR ON THE EDGE OF TIME, STANDING AT THE EDGE)

At the End MM says: ....ETERNAL CHAMPION....., .....WE ARE THE VETERANS OF
A 1000 PSYCHIC WARS...... and .....WE NEED YOU!

I do not know if this poem is identical with the poem on the CHICAGO 1974
double CD
