HW (ish): Bands Beginning with any letter

Hi,

All this talk about other bands made me wonder about a couple of bands that
I chanced upon through my Hawklinks.

Does anybody know what happened to any of the following bands:
Poisoned Electick Head
Ship Of Fools
Here & Now
and one that I saw supporting the Hawks years ago at the Anti-Heroin show
at Crystal Palace .... Balaam & the Angel .... and it was Dame Vera Lynn's
birthday this week (tenuous link alert)
