That's true, but the smart PACs actually give money to BOTH
candidates so as to cover all bets. The game is rigged from the git-

I'd disagree but only a bit. Gore actually did make some policy
statements, but Bush said absolutely nothing concrete--no details,
just the most broad, nebulous concepts...[and bad ones at that!]
