HW: Weirdo 5 CD Sources

Hi,
Can anyone confirm the sources of the tracks on Weird 5 ?
Original promo material for the tape says :

Flying Dr - Hawklords July 78
Streets - Ham Nov 76
Lagoons (Skyway) - Ham 76
Paranoia - Ham 76
Streets - Ham 76
Assassins - Dunstable 77
Vulcan - Dunstable 77
Steppenwolf - Oxford 77
Where Are They Now? - Hawklords July 77

I'm assuming that the inclusion of Streets twice was a typo error.

2nd version of tape then issued for which I have 

Streets - Ham 76
Lagoons (Skyway) - Ham 76
Brainstorm - Ham 77
Wind - Ham 77
Assassins - Ham 77
Vulcan - Ham 77
Steppenwolf - Ham 77
Where? - HL - Summer 78

CD has same track list as 2nd version of tape, although we have the US Radio advert for QS&C inserted after Steppenwolf.
 
I guess my question has to be is Assassins / Vulcan & Steppenwolf the same on both tapes?
If so, which venues should be take as being the correct ones?
Any thoughts on year of Where Are They Now? ?
Don't bother telling me what it says on any printed material that comes with the tapes or CD.
I may as well ask my 18 month old son!
Anyone got the ears for this sort of thing? (Doug, Bernhard)?
