Yes (I assume you're referring to the Charisma album of that title, and not
the "live" CD single).  The Griffin (US) pressing sold out a few years ago,
and the earlier Virgin (UK) one has been out-of-print for even longer.

Well, since it got a US release, it should (hopefully) be cheaper on eBay
than 'Hawklords/25 Years On' or 'P.X.R.5' CD's (which, if I'm not mistaken,
have gone for close to 3 figures).
