OFF: Brit Slang!

Smeg is short for smegma, a natural lubricant on the foreskin. The word smeg
has been used in comedy for twenty years or more. I was hoping someone else
would come up with the answer and it is most inconvenient to be stirred from
my apathy and sloth.
