I like a lot of Nik's early stuff, such as Xitintoday, what he did on the
Hawkwind albums prior to leaving first time around, as well as his ICU
material. However, since that period when he rejoined the band, the only
thing that he has done that (for me anyway) seemed worthwile, was his work
on the Anubian Lights albums. His other solo recordings, where he was mostly
rehashing older material, tended to have excellent work by the others on
those albums, but were let down by his own involvement on them.
