HW: fest meet?

Good idea, Arin.  I vote in favour.

I suggested badges once before (for Canterbury) & the idea met with little
favour, understandably!  Any kind of HW t-shirt other than the Nethawks
one is unlikely to be effective....wear bandannas?  Trousers tied with
string around the waist?

One thing we could do is put BOC-L stickers (e.g. hand-drawn laser printer
labels) on our tents, for those who don't want to wear them on themselves
