OFF: British Embassy in Russia and Festival

Alisa,

Unfortunately, this is typical of UK embassies. Their approach to visa
applications is dreadful and this is a classic avoidance tactic. Every year
I deal with several people who have been messed around like this and, I hate
to say this, I have never known one case where the applicant has got what
they wanted.

UK embassy visa clerks are, in my opinion, some of the lowest forms of life
(mind you, they would have said the same about me) and I am really sorry
that this has happened to you.

Best wishes,

Colin
