Oh dear.

That really wasn't too good was it.

'Sound problems' according to band sources, which meant the doors didn't
open till after 8.

Mr Quimbys Beard coped OK and performed an admirable set (shame I missed
meeting Hardy due to the late opening).Colin Allen was recording at the
sound desk, so hopefully the desk mix was better.

HW were appalling. Possibly the worst I've seen since some bad days in
83/84. And if anyone ever mentions what Tim Blake did to"Spirit Of The
Age", I will not be responsible for my actions. (That means ArinandRich!)

The new percussive side didn't gel at all, and the Ballroom Pier is very
very unpleasant.

Plus sides - um, I managed to see Hawkwind this year:-)  Hope it works
better at the fest.
