Could buy an International Money Order from a bank.  This would be
denominated in U.S. dollars so you'd have to take a guess at how much to
send.  You should probably opt for $76 - based on the "typical cash rate"
currency converter at http://www.oanda.com/convert/classic.  Most banks
charge a $9 fee for providing an IMO, which is made payable to the payee
just like a cheque is. The recipient treats it exactly as though it were a
cheque or postal order, so it should be an acceptable form of payment.
As they're paid for upfront they're actually as safe as a Cashier's Check.
