HW: Cover Versions

Pertwee is the grey haired dude with a slight lisp
Tom Baker is the curly haired dude with the funky scarf.
Used to watch that show all the time as a kid.
They are the only ones I really ever thought we the REAL, or perhaps the best, Dr Who's - tho they weren't the first.
