Blue Skin lyrics

Listening to Alien 4 earlier, I noticed a line in Blue Skin:

"Slice the flesh like the Tiko Tiko stares" (Tiko = phonetic spelling)

and wondered whether this was an obscure reference to HP Lovecraft's
Tcho-Tcho.

Anyone?
