HW: tribute bands info wanted

Can't give you any details, I'm afraid, but I believe there was a tribute
band called 'Friends & Relations' based on the south coast (Brighton,
maybe?) a few years back (early-mid '90s).  I think Harvey, or perhaps Huw
(he was based in Brighton for a while, I think), may have gigged with them
once or twice.
