HW: Ron Tree

I have been 'out of touch' with the HW comings and goings for the last few
years.
What happened to Ron Tree ?
 I really enjoyed his contributions to HW, especially his energy on stage.
His songwriting on Distant Horizons gave that album a much needed rock
edge.

Apologies to all if this is old ground, no doubt discussed in length while
I was away :o(
