HW: Live in Nottingham

Bought today an official CD called LIVE IN NOTTINGHAM.
It is a single CD, not the double one which contains a 2nd gig (with
unknown date / venue)


On this single CD is the Nottingham gig from 25.01.1990.
Unfortunately again without WIND OF CHANGE

My question is:
Why is the 25.01.90 gig on the double CD recorded in MONO and on the single
CD recorded in STEREO (superb quality)

I think this is a big shame!
