Cryptic - source implying that the master was indeed a "bootleg" tape as the
only other source could have been Dave (I presume) and he'd have supplied a
stereo version, surely. But then this begs the question as to how a mono
release could have been sanctioned in the first place.
The nearer you get to solving the riddle, the farther away from it you
become.
