maybe, maybe not; but i think in the book, when Lem says "Motorhead doesn't
do that" or whatever he said, he meant the Motorhead 'organization' doesn't
do that. the band members themselves are hardly in a position to deny an
opening band lights/food/PA etc, but the crew ARE, and the crew works for the
band.....

I doubt anyone in BOC said 'let's screw the opener'... it's a toura manager
thing, in my experience.
