He is out of the funny farm and is reportedly better recovered than Syd Barrett,
although the chances of either returning to performing music is about equal.

However, the 13th Floor Elevators label mates, the Golden Dawn have "regrouped";
i.e., the main guy has recruited some new band mates, so they're available.
