This is the one I've pre-ordered as I couldn't find one detailing a DVD with
it, however - you can change your order right up to day of despatch with
Amazon and not incur any additional charges so I've taken the chance that
this is the one we want.  If it changes, I think there's a good chance
Amazon will notify me anyway, they are pretty good like that.
