Just passing on a friendly reminder about this event:
At the time of this post, the SLOTERDIJK personnel lineup is as follows:
Mike Burro: electric guitars, synths, programming & vocals
Jeff Berry: bass
All the best!!! Mike
Greetings friends, the lineup for this event is complete..We hope to see
some of you there. If you enjoy the 'classic' Sloterdijk tunes from the
first three albums ( plus some additional spacerock tunes), then this is a
show you should come see. Sloterdijk will be playing a heavier set than
usual and relying on all the guitar driven tunes that you may know. Also I'd
like to see you all show some support for Mandible, a band I am personally
endorsing and trying to prop up in the tri-state area. They are originally
from South Carolina but have recently relocated to Washington DC. I think
you'll find them enjoyable.
Of course, it's great to be on the same bill with Sub-Primitive, and I know
they'll be doing a great set as well. We look forward to working with Bob
Lennon again ( haven't since he was in Scattered Planets).
Jae-Won Lee rounds out the ticket and starts things off at 10:00PM..Check
out the detailed information provided below...Peace, Mike Burro

2.GETTING TO THE SHOW
WHERE IS THE MILLCREEK?
-4200 Chester Ave is the corner building on the
southwest corner of 42nd St. and Chester, which is a
block south of Baltimore Ave. It has large windows and
may be dark inside if you are the first band to
arrive. If the venue is locked, you may enter through
the adjacent entrance on Chester Ave - the two bars
are connected. The new room is real nice and they are
still working a lot on the building at the moment.
Don't worry, its already really comfortable in there.
Septa access is very good. Directions at

Phone: 215-222-9194
WHERE DO WE PARK?
-It is very easy to find on street parking. There is
currently construction going on the block so most of
the No Parking signs are for the day hours only. 43rd
street is usually empty in the evening.
-If you have trouble finding a spot try to stay on the
south side of Baltimore Ave as it gets harder to find
parking closer to campus.
-Pay attention to where the trolley tracks are,
because if you block the corners where they turn you
will be towed.
