After the first 1500 or so copies sold I was told they were going to
make it available in some stores. They are probably waiting for
returns. I know I haven't been paid for the whole 5000 yet. More like
3000 so far.

I bought a copy when it first came out because I just couldn't wait to
hear it. About 6 mos. after I got my copy another complementary copy
came. They are slow. Sorry. If you are SOL I'll sell you my extra copy.
