With consolidation the way it is, many of us in different parts of the country are actually listening to the same classic rock station, music-wise. That's because they really ARE being programmed by the same few people.
My guess is that it would be futile to request anything that's not a hit song and/or recognizable to at least a slight perceived majority of the listening audience. Corporate radio simply will not stray from that path.
As for a station actually having a copy of "Agents of Fortune", I doubt it. If "Reaper" isn't saved on a station hard drive as a solo track, I just about guarantee it exists on either one of BOC's many unnecessary comps, or on some kind of "Super HIts of the '70s" crap disc.
Sorry to be so negative, but I've worked in radio for a while now, and classic rock the way people on a list like this would define it has long been in hibernation.
My local "classic rock" station plays "Boys of Summer" and "Invisible Touch" without irony or apology. Shameful.
