Hmmmm.  There appear to be aspects of herding cats involved - not
something my management style (slack until money and committment
required, then dictatorial) might clash with the actuality.

Let's guage interest from the fan end first. Coordination with band
folks arrangements and whether we can coerce or bribe a bar to stay open
can wait...

So let's see how the numbers stack up: who would join in if we all got
together in the same hotel? Note that it's late enough that I'm not
asking in principle, I'm asking who would sign up and at 24 hours
notice, without fail, actually pay the hotel (or if necessary me through
Paypal - and I don't really need a treatise on the Evils of Paypal at
this point..)

Apart from that we should collate:

1. Room type wanted (single, double, twin)
2. Whether you'll share and with what limits on sex or species of sharer.
3. How much you're willing to pay at max.

Whether we can get a deal on price will apparently depend on total
number of rooms we can incontrovertibly (as in you've already paid)
book. Such a deal if it materialises may take the form of a rebate at
the event once a sufficient number of rooms have been paid for.

So those who want to do this, and who will pay immediately when required
to do so, please email me now and I'll at least compile a list.
