Give 'em a call on 0800 279 6620 lines are open until 6 pm. Wait for the
options to run through then press number 5. This gets you through to a real
person, or an android replica.
I just have and they are making sure it is now in the despatch process and  I
should receive a confirmation email tomorrow.
What a f*** up!
