For the list manager ...

I can't remember who the list owner/manager/moderator is at present,  
but I'm passing on a message from Chris Owen <chrisow at SHAW.CA> who  
emailed me to say he's having trouble posting to the list (though I  
guess he's still receiving messages, including this one!).  Could the  
list owner contact him or post an address which I could pass back to  
him?
