Off:RIP:Vince Welnick

Ah yes - Constanten - I always forget about him as I've always classed his
work as more esoteric than just the Dead keyboard player, altho I suppose
technically he was. Nahh - Hornsby doesn't count.
As to The Tubes, one listen to the "still classic and best album they ever
did" first Tubes album, will testify as to what an integral part of their
sound Welnick was - sadly, after that , the ability to write a seamless
album deserted them, imo.
