Wish there had been advanced notice. Just watched the original "Solaris" with my wife over the weekend. Great movie especially for 1971. Enjoying 70s sci-fi: "Soylent Green," "Omega Man," currently trying to get "Silent Running."

Unfortunately, ABC has decided to not show the full series of masters of 
scifi. They are skipping 2 episodes. (These had all originally shown on 
Showtime, I think, just like it's sister series....Masters of Horror.) 

I'm taping them, but I've not watched them yet. AFAIK, they have only 
done the one series, and have no intentions of doing more, so I'm 
pretty sure we won't see a Moorcock story, alas.
