Yup, without Rove, he's won his last election.

Now that the credit bubble has burst though, we'll discover that Bush
made even more of a mess of finance than he did of foreign policy.

See the Comptroller General's comments for the likely outcome of that. I
fear that if I commented myself, I'd be far too optimistic.
