So, I'm pretty sure I loaned my copy of this (the original version) to  
someone on this list via snail-mail, MANY years ago.  I can't seem to  
find my copy now (possibly a blessing in disguise...) and wonder if I  
ever got it back.  Does this ring a bell for anyone?
