Life on Mars new series

I saw a programme on BBC Four last night interviewing the guys who wrote it
and even though the Bowie tile song Life on Mars was out in 1973 the year it
was set, a lot of the HW songs like Shouldn't do that and Silver machine
were obviously earlier. Still nice to hear them though. The attention to
detail in the programme is something else and as I am around the same age as
the main character Sam, his boyhood memories are very similar to mine so it
is a programme I enjoy greatly. The first episode is on BBC1 next Tuesday at
9pm, well worth watching if you didn't see the first series.
Eddie.
