Huh, Amazon UK doesn't seem to know about a version +DVD.  I wonder 
whether they're either short on info or whether there's a UK release 
-DVD?  Either way, I wouldn't be surprised to see the DVD version pop up 
cheaply from NorthAmerican-based resellers shortly after the US release 
date :)
