Just a personal comment,

I love my Creative Zen....

Windows Media player is the best tool for ripping and loading music onto 
your MP3 that i have found.

the Creative software is surprisingly good. but find WMP even easier...

dont be a sheep, think about what you want to be able to do with your 
MP3... Mine has radio & a microphone.....both of which i use a lot...
