Yes, i'd totally agree with Mr. Montford that the list has indeed been 
overrun with what should be private emails between the main offenders.  A 
number of people have mentioned their annoyance, and a number have actually 
left the list because they politely described it as "too noisy." 
Definitely, the off-topic header should be used, but even with it, it would 
be nice if the non-list material could be kept strictly between the people 
concerned.
