This subject hit home after my cat was neutered, and the bloody spot on it's
leg freaked me out not knowing procedures and such, and my friend Robin told
me they put an automatic ID chip in his leg and acted like I should be happy
needless to say, I blew out her eardrum, disagreeing that this is acceptable
under that circumstance-  PAYING for the service is ONE thing, but forced
implant is a step in a bad direction IMHO
