Trading protocols

Just wondering how putting bootleg CD's up would fare under trading. I would
think that any audience recording would be OK, but not the soundboard tracks
or BBC / TV soundtracks. - Any views?

Also I think there was a comment that no audience recording of a show that
is likely to be released should be posted. Question - just how are we
supposed to know that?
