29.10.08 - Latest press release from the band 

Following the tragic loss of their keyboard player Jason Stuart, Hawkwind
have announced the arrival of guitarist Niall Hone. An accomplished
electronic musician, Niall was previously a member of improvisational stoner
band Tribe of Cro.

With Dave Brock at the helm, joined by ex-Gong synthesiser player, Tim Blake
on keyboards and Theremin, the inimitable Mr Dibs on bass and vocals, and
long serving drummer Richard Chadwick, Hawkwind begin their winter tour in
Glasgow on December 4th and end up in at the legendary London Astoria for
their traditional Christmas party show on December 16th.

With dance and mime from Matt and Laura and the usual stunning array of
visuals from Chaos Illumination be prepared for a psychedelic experience.
