Well, they haven't so much "reformed" as "kinda gotten together, now  
and then" together with other musicians to tour under various  
monikers in the decade or so since Jerry's death.  Since 2003),  
they've been known as simply as "The Dead": http://en.wikipedia.org/ 
wiki/The_Dead_(band). I believe they're currently on tour in the US:  
http://www.dead.net/dead09.  The current lineup is: Bob Weir, Phil  
Lesh, Mickey Hart, Bill Kreutzmann, Jeff Chimenti (of Bob Weir's  
Ratdog: keyboards, vocals), Warren Haynes (of Gov't Mule, the Allman  
Brothers, etc.: guitar, vocals).
