Not at all, on either count. However, having seen that there are so
many conflicting stories about what is ACTUALLY going on, I thought my
(VERY green, and VERY political) friend's observations were quite
interesting. There are almost certainly some very dodgy agendas in play
here, but also some failures of organization. We don't help ourselves
by flying off the handle. We have to learn, and get it right in future.
