Well I don't think that they are quite "Walking with the Gods" yet, but
Litmus are indeed the best of the "crop".
They show good revolutionary attitude with the subject matter...lots of
wanton destruction of established icons, and they can jam like shit...
however, without Trev and Kev supporting them, they are nothing. Trev and
Kev should be supporting them at all their gigs, it only makes sense...they
need the added sex appeal of Trev, in particular...or how will they attract
the lovely YOUNG GIRLS that seem to frequent their public functions......
Their manager is a sinful follower of Cabbalism (see their light show), and
the purifying influence of the godlike Judge Trev would definitely improve
moral and ethical concerns at their public appearances.
Their new album, Aurora, while being just about the best thing out this year
so far, lacks the unbridled raw death wish, brutalism of ICU's new release
"THE FURY OF ICU", which has a carefully engineered 3 second drop-out in the
left hand channel, in the first song, just to show that we don't care about
nuthin'.
Just my 10 cents worth...
