HW: RCA albums (was Re: HW: California Brainstorm)

I've actually usually applied much the same reasoning to the RCA  
albums as I do to the 90s HW output: that if you took all the tracks  
from all the albums and threw out the dodgy ones, you'd have one  
really great album. :)

(For the 90s HW albums, I'd argue you'd need to the highlights from  
Alan's _Captured Rotation_, which for all that Dave nixed it from HW  
usage is quite a bit better than many then-contemporary HW tracks. :))
