I have to say that I like Joe's bass solos also. They were ecclectic,
well mixed (I love his bass sound live) and he didn't linger.
I think the last part is the most important part.
I remember Jason Newsted had a nice tasty solo during the "And Justice for
All" Tour.
Bass solos aside, aren't most solos kind of snoozers?
