Club Ninja has be "re-issued" a few times, but I believe there were no extras (other than maybe some enhanced liner notes).

Cultosaurus WAS remastered in Europe, back before Sony started remastering the first 3 discs, and it contains no bonus tracks (but does restore the downbeat of "Deadline", which got cut on the original CD version of Cultosaurus - if memory serves)
