It appears to me that Nik carefully plotted revenge for being harassed
with the USA tours in the 90's
Let me say very clearly this is only my guess.
this is what I meant in previous mails.
Dave has meanwhile had a visit to the hospital.
I am sure anyone who cares to send love and support Dave and Kris' way
(and band, of course), they would likely appreciate it, however you go
about it
