(sorry about these vents)-
I just forced myself past technical bookspeak, to find out why I might
have aborted "jack of shadows" and it's immediate I think:
a "tidally locked world"

my mind just won't flex that far, readily, when in reality I have a
world of human animals that still won't face that they are pawns to
more advanced creatures right here on earth!!!  why does that have to
be unbearable?/  why not fascinating ??
anyway
